FRIM - Forest Research Institute of Malaysia
Located in Kepong, 16km northwest of Kuala Lumpur, the Forest Research Institute of Malaysia is a well managed forest science park. Covering 600 hectares of experimental plants, arboretum and reforested areas.

FRIM is the nearest nature destination for visitors in Kuala Lumpur, who wish to see and experience the wonders of a tropical forest without the rigours of travelling to National Parks. There are jungle trails, a Canopy Walkway, a herb garden, a museum exhibiting different species of tropical wood, their uses and products |
Located within, at a height of about 300m, is a Canopy Walkway. This walkway system spans about 200m and is suspended on trees about 30m above ground.
